Blossom & Buds is a British natural family scalp and haircare brand by La Petite Wardrobe, creating naturally derived shampoo, conditioner and scalp-care products for the whole family. Crafted in England, our formulas are designed to gently cleanse and care for the scalp while nourishing and protecting healthy-looking hair.

Blossom & Buds began with a simple problem: finding a shampoo gentle enough for a newborn that an adult would still want to use. It grew up alongside La Petite Wardrobe, and it's made the same way — small batches, carefully considered ingredients, and nothing claimed that can't be evidenced.
Our formulations are crafted in England. Our shampoo and conditioner are CPSR-assessed — the UK cosmetic safety assessment — as safe for use during pregnancy and on newborns from 3kg.

Our story
Blossom & Buds was founded by Shana, a mother of three, after postpartum hair loss and years of painful detangling with her daughters. Breastfeeding and wanting to avoid harsh chemicals, she couldn't find a gentle product that worked for the whole family, so she created her own.
SLS-free shampoo, conditioner and hair & scalp brushes
Rosemary & Batana Oil Shampoo — best suited to normal to fine hair. SLS-free, gently cleansing, and mild enough for daily use through pregnancy and postpartum.
Rosemary & Geranium Rose Conditioner — a lightweight detangling finish that doesn't weigh fine hair down. Both come in 300ml and family-size 1L.
The 572-Bristle Hair & Scalp Brush — three bristle lengths in a dual-tier design, with ball tips, for detangling and scalp massage on wet or dry hair. In Champagne Gold or Rose Gold.
Is it sulfate-free?
Not fully, and we'd rather say so plainly. It's SLS-free — no Sodium Lauryl Sulfate — but it does contain Sodium Coco-Sulfate, a coconut-derived cleanser. It's preserved with Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate.
Can I use it during pregnancy or on a newborn?
Yes. Our shampoo and conditioner are CPSR-assessed as safe for use during pregnancy and on newborns from 3kg. If you have a specific medical concern, check with your midwife or GP.
Can I use the same shampoo on my baby and myself?
Yes. It is assessed for newborns from 3kg and for daily adult use, so one bottle works for the whole household.
Where is it made?
Our shampoo and conditioner are made in small batches in England, in a licensed cosmetics manufacturing laboratory.

UK delivery and returns
How much is UK delivery and how long does it take?
UK delivery for Blossom & Buds is free. We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.
Can I return Blossom & Buds products?
Unopened goods can be returned. For UK online orders, contact us within 14 days after receiving your goods, then send them back within a further 14 days. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrectly supplied or transit-damaged goods.
